Choose one or two service visits per year for up to five pieces of equipment – furnace, A/C, heat pump, tankless water heater, and gas fireplace. Relax knowing a certified G.W.B. technician will keep everything running properly.
But on top of that, when you enrol in a service plan you have access to on-call emergency service so you can rest easy knowing your equipment is our top priority.

– One air filter per furnace, per year (standard sizes only)

– Perform a carbon monoxide (CO) test for safety
– Test combustion

– Perform a vinegar flush to remove mineral build-up, followed by a fresh water flush
– Clean the incoming water filter and the combustion air filter.
– Clean the flame sensors and thermistor on the heat exchanger
– Conduct a combustion analysis in the flue and record the results
– Perform a pilot drop-out test to ensure safety
– Inspect the pilot assembly and check for smooth operation
– Remove and clean both sides of the glass
– Vacuum the fireplace cavity, log set, and the area underneath
– Test the flame to confirm it’s functioning well
– Check the fan operation for proper airflow
– Perform a carbon monoxide (CO) test for safety
– Inspect the venting system for any blockages or issues
– Assess the overall condition of the fireplace
– Inform the customer if new batteries are needed

Service Plan pricing varies based on the number of maintenance visits and the equipment enrolled. Enrolment in an annual service plan provides added peace of mind, including on-call emergency repairs billed at regular service rates.
